We ship a growing library of ready-to-run workflows that watch your operations in the background and surface issues before they become billing problems or missed opportunities. These workflows run on a schedule or in response to events in your TMS, so your team spends less time hunting through orders manually.
Workflows are developed and deployed by us. Tenants do not build or add workflows on their own. If you have a business need we have not covered yet, tell us, we will work with you to design and deliver a custom workflow tailored to how your operation runs. We are actively expanding this library and welcome ideas from the field.
Some workflows, today and in the future, use large language models and include an interactive setup phase. During setup, your admins work back-and-forth with the AI to define billing rules and business logic specific to your company, refining them through conversation until they reflect how you actually operate. Once rules are in place, the workflow runs automatically on every qualifying order.
Intelligent Charge Auditing
LLM-enabledAutomatically reviews container orders for billing accuracy on both customer (receivable) and driver (payable) ledgers. For each order, it compares actual charges against your rate rules and flags missing, extraneous, underpaid, overpaid, or questionable charges, with suggested corrections. Admins define and refine those rules interactively with the AI before automation takes over.

Chassis invoice ingestion and audit
Chassis invoices arrive in many shapes. We support CSV, PDF, and spreadsheet formats from different chassis providers. After ingestion, every line item is audited against chassis movements recorded in your TMS, matching hire dates, billable days, and charges to the orders and payable amounts already in the system. Discrepancies such as missing charges, day-count mismatches, or amounts that do not align are flagged so your team can resolve them before paying the vendor or passing costs to customers.
