Cancellation Made Simple

TruckerZoom is all about simplicity, ease of use, and creating an experience that saves you time and money!
We've carried these values into our cancellation policy.

All subscriptions are month to month and can easily be cancelled from within your account settings by following the instructions laid out in our policy.

No headaches, 3 clicks and you're subscription will not renew at the end of the month.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for your subscription. We hope you are happy with it.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may cancel it at any time, no questions asked.

There is a link within TruckerZoom, accessible only to super admins, by which you can cancel. You can reach it as follows:

Settings => System Settings => Billing => Cancel Subscription.

REFUNDS

The subscription is month-to-month, automatically deducted from your credit card. Once you cancel the subscription, you will not be billed again, and your account will be locked so that you cannot add any new orders.

After 90 days, your data will be deleted, unless you resubscribe.

There are no refunds for the time between the date of cancellation and the end of the billing cycle.

OVERDUE PAYMENT POLICY

If your credit card is rejected for any reason when processing your subscription payment, your account goes into overdue status and will be locked so that you cannot add any new orders.

After you update your credit card and/or contact your bank to remove a fraud check, please send an email to support@truckerzoom.com, and we will try to process your payment again.

After 30 days of being overdue on payment, your data will be deleted.
